If you haven’t received an email or txt by 10PM the day before your collection is due, please email us weddingdresscleaners@gmail.com & let us know. Sometimes little hiccups can occur with website forms.
We cannot specify an exact collection time at this point.
On the morning of your collection you will also receive an email or text from DPD our couriers to let you know your collection time slot.
Please ensure your dress is packed in a plastic bag and packaged inside a cardboard box for collection by our courier.
We will call you during the time we have your dress for payment or call us if you would prefer to make payment now.
